First of consult some American Lawyer who is close to labor law , because even lawyers act at times with some point of interest , which need not be yours . There is no such thing as a "bond" in US ( Unless you are on L1 ) so to BOMK , you are fine.

If you use EAD it means you are abandoning your H1B. You have to be employed full-time (should be drawing salary on a regular basis to be in H1B/EAD status) but cant "just" work part-time.

If she is here on H4 and while she was here her H1B got approved then there is no problem. As H1B is not VISA and its intent to hire. Infact if she wanted to to Join work on H1B, she will need to apply status change application for H4 to H1B.

Hi,
Recently I transfered my H1 B from X company to Y company & now I am going for my visa renewal. My previous employer is not providing me the experience letter. Though I am having all my paystubs, appointment letter etc. I think I need the experience letter also...So what should I do now. Please suggest me.

You do not have to apply for new SSN but do the following taken from SSA website:
If your work eligibility has changed or if have become a U.S. citizen, you must apply for a replacement card. Your replacement card will no longer read �Not Valid for Employment,� but you will retain the same Social Security number.

Complete an Application For A Social Security Card (Form SS-5); and
Show us documents proving your:
Immigration status;
Work eligibility; and
Identity.
Take (or mail) your completed application and documents to your local Social Security office.

They all died due natural cause and age. They are all more than eighty years old. I was trying to emphasis, in this forum we do not need to discuss about YSR. He might be a beloved leader for someone and corrupt for others. Whatever may be the case take your discussion to the relevant place. The reason I started this thread to emphasis that there are lot of people dying across the country and around the world and we do not need to hold prayer for every one or they poor souls are not different from YSR and they also deserve to be remembered in our prayers. I would always recommend choosing Career over GC. I am guessing you'll are a young couple. Most of us take risk of jumping jobs and carriers before we are married or before one starts a family. Believe me once you start a family and are raising kids all your drive to look for better prospect will start diminishing. You will be happy with you a 9 to 5 job.
So my 2 cents go for a better career now.
I understand it is a tough call but I am sure you will make a right one and whatever happens in future do not repent on your decision as future is unpredictable and one can only make decisions based on the current facts.

My AP was approved for multiple trips. So I can use the 2 stamped AP as many times as I want. The officer told me that when I use the APs for my next trip then they are going stamp the same APs again. And that I will not need to submit anything on my next trip. It would be advisable to keep some photocopies of the AP just in case they ask for a copy.
How do you know AP is approved for multiple entries?
I thought AP in general is for multiple entries.

My PD is current, and also my processing date is outside the processing times currenlty published by NSC and I140 is approved. Not sure why AOS is still pending. Any thoughts? What I should do to expedite this. Thanks.
